Dr. Serene Leo graduated from NUS Medicine in 2002, earning her MBBS degree. Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Leo pursued a specialisation in Anaesthesia, obtaining her specialist degree in 2007.

Dr. Leo's professional journey spans over two decades, with a significant portion dedicated to public healthcare in Singapore. She served as a Consultant Anaesthetist at several prestigious public hospitals, including Singapore General Hospital (SGH), National University Hospital (NUH), Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), and KK Women's & Children's Hospital (KKH). During her tenure in the public sector, Dr. Leo accumulated invaluable experience, honing her skills in various facets of Anaesthesia.

In 2013, Dr. Serene Leo entered private practice and established Serene Leo Anaesthesia Practice. As the founder and lead consultant anaesthetist, she has continued to provide exemplary care to her patients. Her practice is marked by a commitment to personalised, high-quality healthcare, with a focus on Obstetric Anaesthesia.

With over 10 years of dedicated service in her private practice, she remains at the forefront of her field, contributing to advancements in anaesthetic care.
