Bio

Dr Seng graduated from King’s College London in 2011 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS).

After completing his housemanship, during which he gained experience in general surgery, general medicine, and orthopaedics, he pursued a specialisation in anaesthesia and earned his specialist degree in 2016.

With over a decade of experience in Singapore's public healthcare sector, he has served as a full-time practising anaesthetist at several renowned public hospitals, including Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Woodlands Health, as well as various hospitals within the National Healthcare Group (NHG) cluster.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr Seng has contributed to academia through lecturing stints at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and the NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.
