Bio

Dr Paul Tseng Seng Loke is an Obstetrics & Gynaecology specialist with extensive years of experience in the O&G field. In 1995, he left Singapore General Hospital where he was a consultant to set up his own private practice.

His sub-specialty training is in Urogynaecology (which is the management of female incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction) and sub-fertility management.

He is an advocate of waterbirths and VBACs (Vaginal Births after Caesarean Section). He is presently one of the few doctors in Singapore that offer birthing in water as an option for delivery of a baby.

Dr Tseng graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1981 and obtained the Master of Medicine (O&G) in 1987. He later became a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore in 2003.

Dr Tseng is accredited to perform surgical procedures at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Thomson Medical Centre & Mount Alvernia Hospital.
