Congratulations to the shareholders of Singapore Women’s & Children’s Medical Group (SWCMG), a leading private medical specialist group focusing on the health of women and children in Singapore, on the successful sale of their equity stake to Foundation Healthcare Holdings (FHH), a purpose-built healthcare group backed by SeaTown Private Capital Master Fund, the private equity fund managed by SeaTown Holdings International (SeaTown).

Deloitte’s Corporate Finance team acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of SWCMG. The team led by our Deloitte Southeast Asia Corporate Finance Advisory Leader Soon Bee Koh, together with Jeremy Huang, Josephine Lim and other team members from Deloitte Corporate Finance, worked closely with the shareholders and management of SWCMG from the early preparation stage until the completion of the transaction.
